This is a classic Borsalino Quality Superiore hat with wind cord. It says its a size 60 but measures a 59 cm (7 1/4) as per my picture.
 
Its a lightweight felt that has cleaned and steamed well ready for the next owner.

Brim is 6 1/2 cm
Grosgrain trim is 32mm
