This is where we started, buying classic hats and restoring them to their former glory. We have a wide range of top-quality hats of various makes, colours and sizes, from around the world.
Second Chance Classics
On the occasion where a hat is beyond restoration in it's original format, we will use the elements to remodel using the original felt with new ribbon, sweatband and our custom liner.

​Our restoration process includes​
Step 1
​Cleaning – taping, a good brush and steam​
Step 2
Deconstruction, we do not deconstruct every hat only those that are damaged and need repair
Step 3
Removal of any marks and refinement of the felt, pouncing, steaming
Step 4
Size check and stretch as required
Step 5
Steam and reshape using crown and brim blocks as needed
Step 6
A good final brush
Step 7
Packaged in our hat box with care instructions etc
