This is where we make a hat specifically for you, taking you through the bespoke process similar to when you have a suit of clothes or shoes specially tailored or made.

Step 1
Taking your measurements - We start by taking the measurement of your head, taking note of how you like to wear your hat. If we are with you then we use a form to take the profile of your head and use that to create a wooden template that we can then use to shape the exact fit to your head for this and future hats (additional cost is incurred to do this)
Crown and Brim Style - We work with open crown designs and shape by hand to order. This forms the main body base for your new hat

Material Selection - Selecting the felt, material and weight.- Felt – we have access to a wide range of colours and shades- Materials – we work in Rabbit and Beaver- Weight - dress (80 to 150g) western (150g to 250g)
Enhancing and personalisation of your hat. This is where we dress your hat with its stitching, ribbon, bow/trim design etc. Your hat is then fitted with it’s lining before final fitting and adjustments are made
