Our Returns Policy

Thank you for investing in one of our hats, we know that you have made your purchase based on our description and pictures.

Please ensure you refer to our head measuring process to ensure you select the correct size hat. If sizing is wrong, we are happy to exchange items returned to us unworn, clean, in good condition and in our original packaging at no extra cost to you (UK customers only).

Due to hygiene any items returned must be unworn and clean and along with a receipt. We keep a record of all purchases and returns.

Should you wish to make a return please e-mail us at paul@pjmurphyandson.co.uk to make us aware of the issue and return request, within 14 days of your purchase. 

In every situation, we will endeavour to assist you in every way possible to find an alternative or replacement for your original purchase.

 

Where we are unable to help you find an alternative, we offer a no-quibble refund on your hatpurchased. This refund is for the price of your purchase, but not the postage cost.
