Refund Policy
If you buy a hat through the website:

Thank you for investing in one of our hats, we know that you have made your purchase based on our description and pictures.
Please ensure you refer to our head measuring process to ensure you select the correct size of hat. If sizing is wrong, we are happy to exchange items returned to us unworn, clean (Due to hygiene any items returned must be unworn and clean), in good condition and in our original packaging at no extra cost to you (UK customers only).

Should you wish to make a return please e-mail us at paul@pjmurphyandson.co.uk to make us aware of the issue and return request, within 14 days of your purchase.

In every situation, we will endeavour to assist you in every way possible to find an alternative or replacement for your original purchase.
Where we are unable to help you find an alternative, we offer a no-quibble refund on your hat purchased. This refund is for the price of your purchase, but not the postage cost.

If you make a visit and buy a hat in person:

Thank you for investing in one of our hats, we understand that you have had the opportunity to see, feel and try on the hat that you have purchased.

We can exchange goods or offer credit voucher on returned items. A credit voucher lasts for a period of 3 months from date of return.
Due to hygiene any items returned must be unworn, clean and in the original packaging. We keep a record of all purchases and returns.
